CHALLENGE
Ariaprene needed to move beyond being seen as a neoprene substitute and earn consideration with product teams at brands like Nike, Adidas, and Hoka.
APPROACH
I led the strategy to reposition the material around performance and sustainability, translating technical features into clear product value. I built the go to market plan and campaign system across messaging, digital, and sales tools to drive awareness and adoption.
IMPACT
Increased visibility and secured placement within product libraries, while extending demand through Pensole Footwear Design Academy to influence emerging designers.
